Directions:

9 years and over: Up to 15ml
4-8 years: Up to 10ml
1-3 years: Up to 5ml
Adults: Take 15- 30 ml per day as a maintenance dose
Children: Take once per day as a maintenance dose
Or as directed by a healthcare provider.

Ingredients:
Each 15ml dose contains: Proprietary Mag 7 Blend 200mg magnesium (as malate, lactate, citrate, bisglycinate, taurate, ascorbate and chloride)
Other ingredients: ultra-distilled water, non-GMO sunflower lecithin, glycerin, natural flavours, monk fruit, stevia leaf extract. Natural preservatives: seabuckthorn, nisin, natamycin.
