Adults over 12 years: 5-10mls three to four times daily. Swill in the mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing if possible. Shake well before use.

Take tonic as tea by adding 50mls of boiling water if preferred.

Avoid mucus forming foods such as gluten, egg-white, chocolate, dairy, polyunsaturated oils and regular table salt. Adopt gluten-free grain foods, whole foods (greens, fruits nuts, seeds), unprocessed coconut oil and Celtic & NZ Sea Salt with Kelp.

With all his tonics, Malcolm also recommended using Intestinal Cleanse for 1-2 weeks to reduce parasite populations. By reducing the load on the body of parasites, the body is able to use nutrients from food and the active ingredients in his tonics more efficiently.
