Adults over 12 years: 5-10mls three to four times daily. Swill in the mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing if possible. Shake well before use.

Avoid mucus forming foods such as gluten, egg white, chocolate, dairy, polyunsaturated oils and regular table salt. Adopt gluten-free grain foods, whole foods (greens, fruits, nuts and seeds), unprocessed coconut oil and Celtic and Nz Sea Salt with Kelp.
