Directions

Adults (over 18 years): 3 capsules with food daily. To be taken at night for sleep support or as needed during the day in times of stress and anxiety.

Not to be taken continually for longer than 6 months, alongside alcohol, benzodiazepines or CNS depressants.

Not suitable to take when pregnant or breastfeeding.

Consult with your healthcare professional before using this product if you are taking barbiturates, sedatives, antidepressants such as SSRIs or anti-anxiety medication.
